| Evergreen - Part Shade/Full Sun Ht. 1’-3’ Spacing 1’ HABIT - This groundcover has a Spartan constitution. It takes full sun, reflected heat, any soil, needs no water - and still stays evergreen. Aromatic leaves have an attractive white fuzziness. USES - Use Artemesia for its year round color on a sunny slope with rocks. PROBLEMS - It is wind pollinated, hay-fever suffers know what that means. NOTES - To get the thick winter rosettes, you have to mow it in the fall. You can use the flowering stalks for sweet-smelling wreaths and winter arrangements. |
