Free one hour consultation within 15 mile radius of Grapevine TX. $80.00 consult fee if outside area.

Meet with homeowner, identify plant material tell them how the plants will grow and give pruning and training instructions, give ideas on design, trouble shoot any problems they are having (Example: Insect identification, drainage, disease control).
Custom Landscape Design & Installation

Draw landscape design (fee charged) giving homeowner a complete plan for the yard. Drawn to scale with the common names and proper spacing of all materials. Plot existing trees and plant material. Re-use via transplanting plant material, adding additional plant material. Features included in Design are rockwork, arbors and decks, patios, landscape light, irrigation etc. Comes with complete proposal for Unique to do the work. Everything is individually priced.

Design fee is credited toward any work adopted upon acceptance of proposal.

At Unique Landscaping, we use Pecan Shell Mulch which is a bi-product of the Texas Pecan industry.

It's 4.6pH level is acidic and advantageous to our high alkaline soil.

A two inch layer applied twice a year in June & December helps to conserve moisture, suffocate weeds, buffer temperature extremes, and won't blow or float away.

120 cubic feet (a standard pick-up truck load) covers 540 sq. ft. 2" thick.

Composted manure is also available.
